yes twice, and it still tells me to uninstall/reinstall UA Plugins, and again, I'm not updating my OS just to install this plugin. Again, I have Apollo Twin UAD 2 Twin MK II Quad Core and Intel Mac 2018 running Mac OS Mojave 10.14, and these UA plugins have worked fine both as DSP and VST since 2019. I'm running UA powered plugins software version 9.9.0. Again, can you please send me a retro-compatible version back when you didn't have UA Connect, just like any normal respecting app developer or can you instruct me on how to receive my refund ASAP? I already gave the bot my name and email twice.

Did you try another browser or your phone? I've never seen anyone not be able to open a ticket using some device/combo.

It's fine I got the same message after getting a ticket that UAD won't support their products and it's up to Plugin Boutique to help me. Cheers.

I wrote PLUGIN BOUTIQUE in all caps in my first post and UA quoted it in their response. That wasn’t you?

copy. Since I'm complaining about you guys, I should also point out that I tried 3 times to download the Verve free plugin promo, and it wouldn't even allow me to log in the UAD site to receive it. I imagine that one isn't compatible either, but is there any way I can get something for free out of this for my time? Old UAD still works fine on my system. hint hint: Fairchild? I bet it works. What happens if Plugin Boutique helps me achieve a workaround? Was this whole conversation a moot point? I spent hours with the AI.

We've issued hundreds of thousands of copies of Verve. Be sure to get with Support to find your issue.

I am having the same issue and as a result I am unable to load files I am working on with Cubase 13 pro. I have sent several messages to UA but have yet to receive a response. I am using Sonoma 14.5 os.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I've been using Ventura, and my main issue revolves around my recent purchase at Guitar Center, the VOLT 476. I bought it yesterday but didn't get around to installing it until today, which happens to be the day of my show. This situation is causing me a lot of stress. If I can't resolve it before my performance tonight, I'll have to return the VOLT 476.

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the Support bot icon in the lower right corner and type “create ticket”
